Set within a beautifully restored 200-year-old flour mill on the banks of the River Chelmer, World Pantry Coffee Group is a family-run café rooted in over two centuries of Chelmsford heritage. We serve exceptional single-origin coffee, hand-roasted by our team, alongside rich hot chocolate made from pure cacao paste. Our menu also features curated breakfast options and specialty teas from a local producer—several exclusive to Essex—plus handmade, small-batch cakes and savouries, with more to come. A firm favourite is our signature sausage roll, handmade locally using locally reared pork and all-butter puff pastry, baked fresh every day.
